 to pass CI pipelines\, unit tests\, and even staging environments\, only t
 o trigger subtle failures under real production workloads. These “silent
  breakages” are especially dangerous: no immediate crashes\, no obvious 
 errors just degraded behavior\, performance regressions\, or incorrect res
 ults.\nIn this talk\, we explore why traditional validation pipelines fail
  to catch these issues\, particularly in containerized and dependency-heav
 y environments. Drawing from real-world scenarios\, we will examine how ch
 anges in low-level components such as system libraries\, cryptographic mod
 ules\, and runtimes can propagate unexpected side effects into higher-leve
 l applications.\nThrough a live demonstration\, we will apply a security p
 atch that successfully passes CI checks\, then observe how it introduces a
  non-obvious regression in a running service under realistic conditions. W
 e will then walk through a structured debugging approach to identify the r
 oot cause and discuss strategies to design more reliable validation pipeli
 nes.\nAttendees will gain practical insights into detecting and preventing
  silent failures bridging the gap between “it passed CI” and “it act
