Cross-Portfolio team’s mission is to connect our products and services through portfolio-centric messaging and positioning to real customer outcomes. The team creates various content to drive cross and upselling motions which begged the questions like are the content actually reaching sellers, what contents are top performing, bottom performing, who is viewing the content and etc. My project focused providing those answers by developing a dashboard that provides insights to the engagement and performance metrics of the content from the Red Hat Content Center with a focus on Sales Plays content.
