  or adjacent to a specialized and timely topic to share (not critique or e
 valuate) ideas that are in progress or perhaps should be.\nWe want to see 
 new and experienced speakers\, alike. If you have been working on somethin
 g in the realm of containers\, submit a talk - sign ups will be on-site du
 ring the conference!\n\nThe format\n\n- Each speaker has 10 minutes to sha
 re an idea.\n- Ideas can be big or small. It can be show-and-tell of a per
 sonal project or a loosely sketched out paradigm shift.\n- The speaker wil
 l indicate their desired next steps at the end\, which can range from orga
 nizing a dedicated breakout session to a no-op.\n\nGathering Etiquette\n\n
 - All participants should help speakers feel heard by giving speakers thei
 r full attention.\n- We are all working towards building a shared vision a
 nd a shared understanding. This is not the time to work through implementa
 tion details or identify risks. Positive vibes only.\n\nInfo for potential
  speakers (that's you!)\n\n- Each speaker represents themselves\, unless o
 therwise specified.\n- Sharing an idea is not a commitment to implementing
  the idea.\n- Due to the informal nature of the gathering\, there will not
  be an opportunity to use slides. But feel free to get creative!\n- Limit 
 your talk to 10 minutes.\n\nWe will allocate time on a first-come\, first-
 serve basis. Although we do not curate the talks\, we will ensure that top
 ics pertain to the containerization space.
