I am a Director of Platform Engineering in the Hybrid Cloud Management organization at Red Hat, with over 21 years of experience in the technology industry. Half of my career has been in hands-on engineering roles, and the other half in management and leadership positions. I have worked across Support, IT, and Engineering functions, contributing to and leading teams in areas such as Database Administration, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Business Intelligence. My experience spans multiple technologies, products, and global teams, giving me a well-rounded perspective on building scalable platforms, driving operational excellence, and leading high-performing engineering organizations.
