In this interactive workshop, participants will embark on an AWS Gameday to explore the capabilities of OpenShift Virtualization on Red Hat Openshift on AWS. Through a series of hands-on exercises, you'll learn how it is possible to leverage this powerful feature of Red Hat OpenShift to migrate, manage, and modernize virtual infrastructure. Throughout the Gameday, you'll navigate challenges such as importing existing VMs, updating Linux and Windows VMs, configuring networking and storage, and performing live migrations.
Mayur Shetty is the Global Ecosystem Solution Architect lead for Red Hat alliance with AWS, driving new joint solutions and working across the entirety of Red Hat's product portfolio, and sales organizations worldwide. He has been with Red Hat for over 9 years where he was also part of the OpenStack Tiger Team.
David is a longtime member of the Fedora community and he works to support Linux partners on the Amazon Web Services platform. David has been working on Red Hat, CentOS-Stream, and Fedora solutions for more than 10 years and enjoys working on the Fedora Cloud Edition with his Friends.
