This presentation describes a low-cost, portable virtual reality system designed to support upper limb motor rehabilitation. The system utilizes serious games in a client-server architecture, capturing patient movements via a Kinect sensor and providing real-time feedback. Data is processed and stored on a cloud server, enabling personalized treatment and progress tracking. The system also incorporates a dashboard for visualizing patient data and employs clustering techniques (KMeans and SOM - Self Organized Maps) to group patients with similar characteristics, facilitating customized rehabilitation strategies. This innovative approach aims to increase patient engagement, improve treatment outcomes, and make rehabilitation technology more accessible. 1
